Upper and Lower eyelids
Having the excess skin and fat cut away from above and below the eyelids can instantly make women and men look more fresh-faced and wide awake. It can sometimes be achieved without anyone ever guessing that they've had cosmetic surgery, because the operation can sometimes be done from the inside of the lower eyelids, so there are no visible scars. The operation is called blepharoplasty and it can brighten you up on its own but it is often carried out at the same time as a brow-lift and/or a face lift which, done together, will create a harmonious look.
