Small, discreet incisions are made and the underlying SMAS layer tightened to enable the surgeon to make your face lie tauter over your face. Some patients may also benefit from simultaneous procedures to improve the effect of the face lift, such as eye lift or eyelid correction, a brow lift, or lipoplasty to the chin and jaw area.  Other patients may look to complement the results with maxilla-facial surgery by increasing or reducing the size and prominence of the chin.
